Frances Hertha Kubiel, of Glendale, passed away on October 17th at 76 years of age. Born in Brooklyn, Mrs. Kubiel worked as an office manager for many years, at MetLife. She is survived by her loving brother, John and her nephew Brian Kubiel. The funeral will take place on Monday, 10am at St. Lukes Episcopal Church (Forest Hills), interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
