He was born Oct. 28, 1951, in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to the late Raymond and Marsha Marinelli.
Aurelio graduated in 1970 from Warren G. Harding High School. He worked as a longshoreman in Louisiana and retired there.
He loved all sports, along with Dan Patrick, and was an avid LSU fan.
Aurelio was preceded in death by his father, Raymond; mother, Marsha; and his niece, Danielle.
He leaves behind his sisters, Ramee Marinelli of Warren, Carmen Denno of Howland, Christina (Jeffrey) Hunter of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Catherine Courtney of Bethlehem, Pa.; nieces, Michelle and Georgeanne; and nephews, Nicholas and Charlie Jr.
