

Betty LeBlanc Robert passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, February 3, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 17, 1934, in Donaldsonville, La. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. After losing her husband, Cecil, at an early age, she devoted her life to raising their seven children. Her family was always her highest priority. She stayed very close with her only remaining sister, Frankie, and spoke to her daily exchanging stories and laughter. She loved her friends deeply, but her greatest pleasure was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren on her beloved Penny Lane. Her overflowing love and joy of life will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her children Paul Robert (Jaime), Cathy Robert, Jane Goldsmith (Richard), Don Robert (Dawn), Penny Saucier (Buddy), Jeff Robert (Charlene), and Natalie Trevino (Chris); grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Amy Cavalier (Brandon), Taylor Smith (Cory), Bobbye Torrado (Sebastian), Nicole Richardson (Weston), Lauren Buck (Matt), Jordan Duhe (Eddie), Jessica Goldsmith, Michael Robert (Grace), Scott Robert (fiancée Kaci), Cecily Stelly, Madison Turner (Christian), Steven Saucier (fiancée Sarah), Jared Trevino (Emily), Easton Stelly, Daniel Goldsmith (Mary), her great-grandchildren, Kasen, Dominick and Lennix Torrado, Heath Rogers and Reese Robert, Brooks and Beckett Buck, Averi Stelly, Janie Trevino, Charlee Smith and Audrey and Violet Richardson. She is also survived by her sister Frankie LeBlanc; her brothers-in-law Hulin, Glenn, and Shelby Robert (Betty) and numerous family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Robert Sr.; her parents Waldon and Alminte Faucheaux LeBlanc; her siblings Day Rome (O’Neil), Waldon LeBlanc (Shirley), Sis Schexnayder (Edgar), Patsy Collins (Jim), Bob LeBlanc (Shirley), her sisters-in-law Joyce Robert, Lena Mistretta Robert, Lois Simoneaux (Kelly), brother-in-law Allen LeBlanc, son-in-law Greg Stelly and granddaughter Rachel Bonomi. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation for Betty on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Ascension Catholic Church, 716 Mississippi St, Donaldsonville, LA 70346, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 1:30 PM.
