Carla Manning a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, La passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at the age of 63.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Babin; son, Joseph Babin; mother, Loye “Lovie” Savoy; brother, James Curtis Savoy Jr, and wife Lynette Haydel; grandchildren, Andrew Babin, Rondasya James, and Leniah Payne; and dear friend, Carole Seruntine.
