Carol Jean Bailey a resident of Prairieville, La passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was 67 years old. She is survived by her children, LeAnn Bailey, Michael Bailey (Cherie), and McKinley Bailey (Jessica); grandchildren, Michael Bailey Jr., Furious Puckett, Kamryn Bailey, Chloe Bailey, Kelsey Bailey, Dylan Bailey, Mia Bailey, Winston Bailey, and Reese Bailey; godchild, Maurice Gustave; siblings, Ray “Bubba” Bureau Jr., Mary Bureau, Lori Bureau and Clyde Bailey Jr.; Carol was preceded in death by her mother, Clotile Bureau and her father, Clyde Bailey Sr.; and her godchild, Curtis Diggs Jr. A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Ourso Funeral Home 13533 Airline Hwy Gonzales, La 70737 from 10 am until memorial service at 12 pm.
