Donald John LeBlanc

A lifelong resident of Ascension Parish, he passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the age of 78. Donald was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be remembered for his kindness, benevolence, and perseverance. A graduate of Gonzales High, Class of '52, Donald was a self-made man, furthering his education while recuperating from a severe injury. He established LeBlanc's Accounting Firm where he worked until the day he died. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Nancy Crowe LeBlanc; daughters, Debbie LeBlanc and Kim Jackowski; son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Theresa LeBlanc; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Ozile Sanchez LeBlanc and Leon Joseph LeBlanc; sisters, Anna LeBeau, Lela Gautreaux; brother, Vernon LeBlanc; son, Brett David LeBlanc; and the mother of his children, Gwendolyn Bercegeay LeBlanc.
