Edna McCrory, a resident of Prairieville, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the age of 84. She is survived by her husband, Robert McCrory; two sons, William Buckley of Alberque, NM and James Buckley of Easley, SC; three daughters Charlotte Burt and Julie Buckley, both of Maxeys, GA and Carolyn Shuffield Watkins of Apopka, FL; step-son Wayne Shuffield; three step-daughters, Patricia LeBlanc, Delores McCrory, and Karen McCrory; two brothers, Robert Craddick of Tampa, FL and William “Buddy” Craddick of Denham Springs, LA; a sister, Geraldine “Gerry” Gaudin of Hammond, LA; 13 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, February 25, 2011 at 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales. Visitation will resume at Ourso Funeral Home, Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. until funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Prairieville Community Cemetery.
