

A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Dutchtown, she went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011. She was 76 and retired from East Baton Rouge Parish school food services, where she was an executive secretary for close to 40 years. Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation will continue at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Prairieville on Friday, Sept. 9, beginning at 10 a.m. The Rev. John Carrigan will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Johnny B. Pavlovich Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Hope Odom and Reno J. Gregoire Jr.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jack F. Jr. and Geri L. Odom, and David S. and Lyn V. Odom; two stepsons, Keith and wife Pat Pavlovich and Gary Pavlovich; a sister and brother-in-law, Rita W. and Barry Blair; brother and sister-in-law, Elgene and Patsy White; 10 grandchildren, Jessica O. and husband Jonathan Ickles, Jacquelyn Odom, Rebekah O. Bryan and husband Bradley, Jennifer, Nicole, Sarah, Victoria and Jacob Odom, Lauren and Hunter Braud; five great-grandchildren, Jace, Jaxon, Jett, Caleb and Isaac; and her beloved dog, Molly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oreal and Beulah White; and ex-husband, Jack F. Odom Sr. Pallbearers will be Jacob Odom, Hunter Braud, Jonathan Ickles, Bradley Bryan and Chris White, Wade Blair, Greg Blair and Timmy White. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Her favorite Scripture was Isaiah 43: 1-3. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
