Eula Theresa Gautreau Bourgeois

A native and a resident of Gonzales, Eula passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 in Gonzales at the age of 83. The visitation will be held at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church, Monday April 17, 2017 from 9:00 AM until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM celebrated by Rev. Eric Gyan with interment to follow at the church cemetery. Eula is survived by her 4 daughters and 3 sons-in-law: Corliss Gaudin, Susan and Mike Bourgeois, Tawanah and Dean Rushing and Melissa and Ken Vidrine, 3 sons and 2 daughters-in-law: Terry Bourgeois, David and Elaine Bourgeois and Marty and Teresa Bourgeois, 15 grandchildren: Michael Braud, DeShae Gautreau, Rhonda Franklin, Erica Bourgeois, Jeremy Bourgeois, Mindi Wax, Michael Leazott, Amanda Stewart, Jonathan Rushing, Kacie Gill, Jared Bourgeois, Nicole Arceneaux, Jade Bourgeois, Ashley Rodriguez and Andrew Fahey and 30 great grandchildren. Eula is preceded in death by her husband: Andrew Bourgeois, daughter: Rhonda Elizabeth Bourgeois and her parents: Amant and Marie Duplessis Gautreau, 4 Brothers, Nolan Gautreau, Wilfred Gautreau, Huey (John) Gautreau and Vernon (Toot-Toot) Gautreau and 3 Sisters, Bernice Brignac, Rita Bourgeois and Mayola Martinez. Pallbearers will be Terry Bourgeois, David Bourgeois, Marty Bourgeois, Mike Bourgeois, Dean Rushing and Ken Vidrine.
