Gladys Broussard Broussard Breaux

Age 93, native of Hobart, La. and a resident of Apopka, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 in Apopka, Florida. She was a Day Care Owner involved in Child Care Education. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, La. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales from 9:00 am until services at 10:00 am celebrated by Pastor Ken Blundell. Interment will follow at Broussard Family Cemetery, Prairieville, La. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Claire Breaux Bryant and Ronald Bryant of Apopka, Florida, a son and daughter-in-law: Lawrence J. Breaux and Linda Breaux of Denham Springs, La., a sister: Mable Broussard Hemba of Prairieville, La., 1 brother and 2 sisters-in-law: Cecil Ray & Isabelle Broussard of Prairieville, La., and Katie Broussard of Prairieville, La., Grandchildren: John (Randy) Breaux of Prairieville, La., and Amanda Bryant Martin and grandson-in-law Paul Martin of Maitland, Florida, great grandchildren: Nora & Peter Martin of Maitland, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph D. Breaux, Mother: Martha Hester Denham Broussard, Father: John Joseph Broussard, Sisters: Hilda Broussard Singleton, Alberta Broussard Delaune, Opal Broussard Delaune and Thelma Broussard Tate and Brothers: Cully Broussard, Sanford Broussard and Arthur Levern Broussard, Sr.: daughter-in-law, Donna J. Goff Breaux. Pallbearers will be John (Randy) Breaux, Justin Harvey, Edward (Trey) Guitreau, Kelly Altazin, Sean Altazin, Michael Broussard, Roger Lee Broussard and Darrel Tanner.
