A native of Brownsville, TX and resident of Gonzales, LA, she passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. She was 79 years old. She is survived by her loving husband, Carl K. Crowe; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Donald LeBlanc; son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Paula Crowe; sister, Carolyn M. King; two grandchildren, Steven Crowe and Ashlyn Greene and husband, Mitch; great grandchild, Nora Greene; niece, Nancy Roane Garret; and a nephew, William Partinheimer III. Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Virginia Harwood McChesney; a son, Peter C. Crowe; and a grandson, Jordan Gautreau. A graveside service will be held at Oak Lane Memorial Park, Prairieville on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
