Jane A. Swain

Jane A. Swain, 66, of Prairieville, LA passed away Tuesday May 30th at her residence. Jane was born in Shreveport, LA and worked as a secretary/payroll in the industrial business. She was a member of St. John Evangelist Catholic Church. Jane loved shopping, going on cruises and spending time with family and friends

Jane leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband Richard (Rick) Swain; daughter Kristine Menard; son Matt Swain; sister Diann Edwards; four grandchildren Pierce Delaughter, Cohen Swain, Jude Menard and Mason Swain.

Preceded in death by her father and mother Charles M. and Ann Johnson Ambrose.

Pallbearers are Orien Menard, John Power, Robert Edwards and Jack Swain.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 2nd from 10am until her Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30pm at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church, Fr. Jerry Martin will officiate. Burial will be at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Dubach, LA on Saturday, June 3rd at 1pm.
