Jobe Dell Arceneaux

A native and resident of St. Amant, he passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012. He was 5 years old, a member of the Hydrocephalus Association, and a member of the Ascension Parish Inclusive League. He is survived by his parents, Chans and Alida Dupre Arceneaux, of St. Amant; paternal grandparents, David and Lydia Arceneaux, of Sorrento; maternal grandparents, Randell and Helen Dupre, of Geismar; sister, Rylee Blaire Arceneaux, of St. Amant; twin brother, Carter Phillip Arceneaux, of St. Amant; paternal great grandmother, Helen Bailey, of Bastrop; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a cousin, Andrew Johnson. A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. Raymond Wade. Burial will follow in Cornerview Cemetery, Gonzales. Pallbearers will be Chris Rowell, Daman Arceneaux, Chans Arceneaux, and Randell Dupre. Honorary pallbearers will be Carter Arceneaux and David Arceneaux. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ascension Parish Inclusive League in memory of Jobe Dell Arceneaux.
