Judy Marie LeBlanc Schexnayder

Judy Marie LeBlanc Schexnayder, born in New Orleans, LA on January 17,1940, passed away in Gonzales, LA on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the age of 80. Judy was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who enjoyed spending time and making memories with her family and friends. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church of Sorrento, LA., and belonged to the Catholic Daughters Court. She served as the first Town Clerk of Sorrento, worked as a seamstress, and was also employed as an accounting clerk at Fisher/Emerson for 23 years. Judy is survived by her loving husband Adam Harold Schexnayder, Jr.; daughter, Taina Schexnayder; sons, Troy Schexnayder and wife, Renee, Eric Schexnayder; grandchildren, Shelly Schexnayder, Amy Schexnayder, Jake Schexnayder, Adam Schexnayder, Eli Schexnayder; Great grandchildren, Lucy Lambert, Avery Lambert, Baby Weston Thomas Schexnayder; sister, Linda Brown. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Hazel Allen LeBlanc and brother, Graylin LeBlanc. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 5pm until 9pm. Visitation will resume on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Anne Catholic Church of Sorrento at 11 am.
