Kevin J. Reine

Kevin J. Reine passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the age of 60. He was a native of Saint Amant, Louisiana and a resident of Clinton, Mississippi. He is survived by his father Virgile Reine Jr, his brothers; Dwayne Reine (Jody) and Lonnie Reine (Christy) and a host of nieces, nephews and family members. He is preceded in death by his mother Carol Fontenot Reine.

Kevin served in the US Army as a young man and then went to college to get his PhD in Marine Biology. He worked for the Army Corp of Engineer for many years. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing and hiking. He traveled to numerous state parks and all throughout Canada hiking many trails. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Kevin on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
