Margaret Ann Babin Burns

Margaret Ann Babin Burns, 70, of Geismar passed away October 22, 2016 at Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, she was born in Gonzales, LA. She was a member of the St. John the Evangelist Ladies Alter Society.

Mrs. Burns is survived by her husband of 52 years; Glenn Burns, daughter; Tressie Burns (Danny) Madere, son; Kendall Burns, sister; Dianne Arceneaux.

Preceded in death by her parents Cyven and Lucy White Babin, brother n law Aymond Arceneaux, Jr., mother and father n law; Vernon and Althea Burns.

Pallbearers; Brian Minvielle, Kelly Arceneaux, Kent Arceneaux, Seth Arceneaux, Robert Burns, Jr., Jade Letulle. Honorary Pallbearer; Kenneth Minvielle.

Visitation will be at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church on Tuesday October 25th starting at 9:30am to 11:00am. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00am followed by her burial at Cornerview Cemetery in Gonzales, Fr. Jerry Martin will officiate.
