Mark Cason Blanchard passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 65. He was the loving husband of Sherry Leigh Blanchard for 40 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife and two dogs Jada and Layla. He was the brother of Johnny Owen, George Blanchard and Greg Blanchard. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Eunice Reeves, numerous nieces, nephews and family members. Mark is preceded in death by his parents Nell Andermann and Joe Blanchard and his father-in-law Lee Reeves.
Mark graduated from LSU and always enjoyed the time spent tailgating for games with friends. He started his career in the industrial cleaning industry in 1981 and in 1997 he, his wife and his brother decided to open their own business. Together they built up Water Works Industrial Services to the thriving company it is today. Mark always strived to make sure his employees felt as if they were family because he truly looked at them as his second family. Mark was a hard worker, but he and his wife also loved to travel. They have taken many trip in their RV and always enjoyed going to Vegas. Mark was such a gentle giant, his soft spoken manner will be truly missed by his adoring wife.
