Pamela Marie Thevenot

Pam Marie Thevenot, a native and life-long resident of Gonzales, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 64. Pam was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She liked trying new recipes to cook as well as gardening and decorating for her favorite holiday, Christmas. Pam had a love for hummingbirds, frogs, and turtles. She is survived by her loving husband, Chris Thevenot; children, Ryan Robbins, Christy O’Neal and husband Jimmie; Scott Thevenot and wife, Kim; Randy Thevenot and wife, Donna; grandchildren, Justin, Dustin, and Grant Thevenot; mother, Freda Crawford; her beloved dog, Anna Marie. Pam is preceded in death by her father, Hollis Crawford and sister, Carolyn Acaldo and husband, David. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales from 8:30 am until service time at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow at Hope Haven Garden of Memory Mausoleum on Hwy 30 in Gonzales. Ryan Robbins, Justin Thevenot, Dustin Thevenot, Dale Tureau, Grant Thevenot, Joe Scott Thevenot will serve as pallbearers. Gene Humphrey, Randy Thevenot, Jimmie O’Neal Jr. and David LeBlanc will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family would like to give a special thanks to all family and friends who showed their unconditional love and support during this difficult time, as well as Pam’s Girls Night Out Group.
