

A devoted husband, loving father and grandfather and friend, Ray passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the age of 60, after a brief illness. He was a resident of Prairieville and native of St. Paul, Minnesota. He was a mechanic with Boudreaux’s Automotive and U.S. Army Veteran. Ray was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Rhonda Mouille; daughters, Stephanie Bateman, Melissa Mouille, Naomi Bordelon, Rachel Bordelon, Jasmine Cochran; son, Billy Taylor; sisters, Dottie Hoyt, Dorene Guillory, Geraldine Coleman, Darlene Poppo, Angie Stermer, Bernice Bruce, and Laurie Leader; brothers, Wilbert Mouille and Darrel Mouille; and grandchildren, Mason Bateman, Brody Bateman, Elijah Mouille, Branson Brewer, Tristan Brewer, Heath and Ryan Bullard, Skylar Bordelon, Judd Bordelon, Trenton Davis, and Kennedy Bordelon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert Mouille and Pearl Patnode Mouille.
Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 5 pm to 9 pm with a funeral service beginning at 7 pm. Rev. Frank Valenzano will be officiating. Cremation will follow services.
Honorary pallbearers will be Virgil Chamners, Glenn Andra, Davis Boudreau, Scott Bruce, Mason Bateman, and Bill Mouille.
