Sofia Elizabeth Rubio

Sofia Elizabeth Rubio, age 4, of Gonzales, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her father and mother, Jose Rubio-Lerma and Veronica Alberto and 3 sisters, Destiny, Annabell and Valerie Rubio-Alberto; Paternal grandfather, Pablo Rubio-Lopez; maternal grandparents, Chrispina Nicholas and Andrian Alberto and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her Paternal grandmother, Josefina Lerma-Verdin. A visitation for Sofia will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. Following the visitation will be a mass of christian burial at 2:00 PM at St Theresa Of Avila Catholic Church, 1022 N Burnside Ave, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737.
