

A resident of Prairieville, Louisiana, he died at 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at his home. He was 67 years old and was a native of Gonzales, Louisiana. Owner of "Boo Boo" Hebert trucking until his retirement in 2004. He was an avid sports fan and loved to watch his favorite team, LSU. He is survived by his three sisters and two brothers-in –law, Gayle and Shafter Kling of Dutchtown, LA, Angela and Kayne Babin of Duplessis, LA, Sandra Hebert Daigle of Gonzales, LA; sister-in-law, Cathy Richard Hebert of Gonzales, LA; two aunts, Ruby Hebert Roth of Gonzales, LA and Elvie "Kitie" LeBlanc Melancon of Sorrento, LA, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Windom Joseph Hebert, Sr. and Mildred "Dee Dee" LeBlanc Hebert Melancon; brother, Gene Terry Hebert; Step-father, Herman Joseph Melancon, Sr. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Interment will immediately follow at Cornerview Cemetery on Cornerview Road, Gonzales, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
