Palmer, Billie D. “Miss Billie” age 82 passed away peacefully on September 17, 2019. She is proceeded in death by parents A.D. Snow, Anita and Orville Churchill, sisters Lillian Hoy, Wanda Hawkins, MaiDean Seals, Barbara Powers, son, John Evenson, son-in-law Howard Staudt.

Survived by husband of almost 43 years Louis Charles Palmer “Palmer”, Sister JoElla Harper, children Jaime Gragg, Jacque (Joe) Cook, Jeannie Staudt, Tommy (Catherine) Palmer, Lane (Carla Locke) Palmer, Theresa (Bob) Kuhr, Charlie Palmer, Jr., Grandchildren Luke Gragg, Adam Gragg, Leah Martin, Evan Gragg, Elijah Evenson, Thomas M. Palmer III (Caroline), Jeremy (Krisi) Palmer, Aaron (Stefani) Palmer, Cade (Sara) Kuhr, Great-grandchildren Avery Gragg, Kara Martin, Carson Schreiber, Emily (Michael) Rosinski, Gus Palmer, Jackson Palmer, Henry Palmer and Laney Palmer with many nieces/nephews and extended family members.

Miss Billie was known for her love of family, church, and friends; she never met a stranger and was often referred to as a child whisper. Her love and commitment to faith brought out the best in her and she was able to be a strong witness to all.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday, September 21, 2019 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Dwayne Tyus officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be, Luke Gragg, Adam Gragg, Jeremy Palmer, Aaron Palmer, Cade Kuhr,Clay Harper.

Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Palmer at her visitation Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 11:00am until the service at 2pm.
