Brenda Lee Lanier, age 69 passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. Brenda was born Thursday, August 19, 1954 in Madison, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her father, Allen Quinn Bausell; mother, Tommie Ruth Wingo Bausell; husband, James Lanier; daughter, Kristen Grove; grandson, Sam Harrington.
Brenda worked over 45 years with the United States Postal Service; she enjoyed reading, bowling, and taking care of her plants. During the summer you would find her at her pool with family and friends playing cornhole and cooking out. Her favorite way to spend time was with all her grandchildren.
Brenda is survived by her daughters, Kelly (Tim) Kaylor, Kim (Dan) Harrington; grandchildren, Trenton (Joelle) Tinsley, Trevor Tinsley, Pete Harrington, Abby Harrington, Becca (Chris) Kaylor, Brandon (Haylee) Kaylor, four great-grandchildren; brothers, Don Allen Bausell, Eugene "Budge" Bausell and David Bausell.
Family and friends will gather to remember Brenda at a visitation Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
