Carol was born in Nashville, TN, and attended North High School. She married Roger Ferguson in 1957 and together had one son and one daughter. Carol and Roger Resided in West Nashville and later Joelton. Carol was an insurance underwriter for several prominent companies during her career.
Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Dale Ferguson; daughter, Linda Gale Ferguson; and parents, James Paul Reasoner and Ularee Ingram Reasoner.
She is survived by her son, Roger Dale George Ferguson (Susan); grandson, Michael Dale Ferguson; great-granddaughters, April Nicole Ferguson and Shyann Michelle Ferguson; great great-granddaughter, TinzLeigh Wehrung; great-great grandsons, Thomas Wehrung IV, Tucker Wehrung; sister, Ruth Ann Pursley; many nieces and nephews; and her best friend and fur baby, Little Boy.
