MULLEN, David Jerome Age 42 of Nashville, passed away September 15, 2012. He was born October 13, 1969. He is survived by his parents, William & Beth Hunt Mullen of Hopkinsville, KY; sister, Melissa Wyatt; nieces, Ashley Taylor & Madison Paige Wyatt. A celebration of life gathering will take place Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Eastland Chapel.
