She is survived by her son, Justin Hubbell (Dantong); mother and step-father, June and Billy Ragsdale; sisters, Janet Payne and Teresa McAnally; brothers, Gary Hawkins and Bruce Hawkins. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Champ Hawkins and her sister, Betty Hawkins.
She had a love for children and helping to educate them. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
A visitation for Deborah will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, followed by a a celebration of life from 2:00 PM.
