COLEMAN, Dorothy age 91 born on March 17, 1921 in Huntsville, KY and passed away on April 19, 2012 in Old Hickory, TN. Born to Willie T. and Liz Jenkins, devoted wife to John C. Coleman, Sr.; mother to John Coleman, Jr., Roy (Rita) Coleman, Jeff (Joni) Coleman; five grandchildren, Josh, Amy, Trey, Wendy, Jenny; great-grandchildren, Shavana, Wyatt, Ronnie, Katie, James, Gabby, Crew and River. Dorothy was a homemaker, worked at DuPont, Metro Patrol School Crossing Guard, and a member of Temple Baptist Church. Serving as pallbearers will be the grandchildren and friends. Funeral service will be on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:00 AM, with visitation Sunday from 3:00 – 8:00 at Forest Lawn.
