George Paul Duke, Sr., age 72, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021. George was born on Tuesday November 9, 1948 in Franklin, Tennessee. George is preceded in death by wife Ruth Duke; parents, Clifford Lenvel Duke, Sr. and Mary Alien Mash Duke.
A retired over-the-road truck driver; George is survived by his children, Tammy White, Connie Koonce and husband, Jeff, Paul Duke and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Ryan Koonce, Seth Duke, Samantha Broden, Michael (Megan) White, Tiffany (Trey) Yates; great-grandchildren, Jonah Bishop and Silas Bishop; sister, Ella Mae Duke; brother, Clifford Lenvel Duke, Jr.
A Celebration of Life service 12:00 Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Ben Stickle officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will gather to remember George at a visitation Monday, October 4, 2021 from 5:00 until 8:00 and Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 10:00 until the 12:00 service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, Tennessee
