Harold E. Gore, 93, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019; he was born Saturday, October 31, 1925 in New Castle, Pennsylvania and is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Crowe Gore; parents, William and Nora Lanning Gore; sister, Eileen Rotenberry, brother, Bill Gore; cousins, Earl Lanning and Annabelle Lawrence.
A veteran of WWII serving as Corporal in the United States Marine Corp; retired from I. S. O., Mr. Gore is survived by his wife, Martha Durham Gore; ; sons, Tommy (Vicki) Gore, Don (Helen) Gore; his daughter, Joni Gore (Sid Dickens); stepson, Darren (Roxanne) Jones; four grandchildren, Victor Gore, Gracie Gore, Lianne (Blake) Lindsey, Laura Gore and two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Amy Lindsey.
A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Thursday, September 26, 2019 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with his son, Bro. Tommy Gore officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will gather at a visitation Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 and Thursday, September 26, 2019 one hour prior to the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, Tennessee
