Jerry W. Harshaw

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Harshaw and Thelma Parks; wife, Carol Harshaw; sisters, Wilma Wilson, Linda Schoening, Jacklyn Meyers; brothers, Harold Harshaw, Jimmy Harshaw, and Billy Harshaw.

Mr. Harshaw was the owner and operator of Harshaw Construction, Inc. and was a very skilled carpenter. He followed in his father’s footsteps and worked under his craftsmanship for many years. He enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. Taking care of his fish in the pond brought him much enjoyment. One of his pride and joys was taking extra care of his 1978 Lincoln Mark V. In some of his pastime, he enjoyed playing BINGO and watching Titan football and Nascar. He cherished his family and the life that he was blessed with.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Regina Harshaw; grandchildren, Heather Palmer, Kayle Magallan (Alex), and Brennen Harshaw; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Cruz, and Bonnie; sisters, Peggy Stephens, Barbara Davenport, and Donna Swann; mother of his son and friend, Faye Harshaw; special friend, Pat Bandy. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A visitation for Jerry will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A visitation will also occur on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
