MORGAN, Jr., John- Age 85 of Nashville went to be with his wife of 64 years, Ruth Brasher Morgan. Also preceded in death by parents, Mary Mae Morgan Fagg and John H. Morgan; sister, Sarah Anna Morgan. Survived by sister, Alice Morgan Huber; nieces, Alice (Ray) Street and Debra Van Fossen; nephew, Charles (Shay) Buchanan; great nieces and nephews, Erica (Doug) Van Fossen Leners, Jared Van Fossen, Jeremy Street, Ashley (Wesley) Street Manning and John Buchanan. John served his country in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean Conflict, he was a member of the Masons and Shriners Lodge 762 and was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Peterbilt after many years of service. Celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m. Monday, March 25th in the Forest Lawn Chapel with Bro. Terry Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m.
