Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Ballew; sisters, Iris Runyon, Cleo Phipps, Myrtle Head, and Ruth Adams; brothers, Howard Adams, Walter Adams, Clarence Adams, Foy Adams, and Lloyd Adams; and grandchild, Dawn Milhorn.
Survived by children, Jeanne Collins, Laverne Vonderstrasse, Kenneth Milhorn, and Leslie Ballew; grandchildren, Kathey Williams, Melissa Wallace, Kimmie Collins, Kerry Collins, Kenny Collins, Matthew Collins, Terry Gould, Casey Milhorn, and Nickie Ballew; 13 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday from 11 am until 8 pm, and again on Friday from 10 am until 2 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 2 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Grandsons serving as Pallbearers.
