Marie Ellen Cooper

Marie Ellen Cooper, age 82, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Marie was born Wednesday, May 24, 1939 in Sale Creek, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents Ruben and Gladys King Keith and husband, Lester Cooper.

Marie retired after 20years as supervisor for Sam's Wholesale and is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Henry) Saunders; son, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Cooper; brother, D. T. Keith; grandchildren, Fallon (James) Gower, Jonathan (Samantha) Saunders, ReAnna Saunders, Geneva Saunders; great-grandchildren, Lexi Saunders, Ryker Gower, Cruz Saunders, Kyleigh Gower, Madilynn Mae.

A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Saturday, February 26, 2022 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. H D Jones officiating. Marie will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will gather to remember Marie at a visitation Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 12:00 until the 2:00 service at Forest Lawn 1150 S Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, TN.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brookdale-Goodlettsville or The American Alzheimer's Association.
