Paula Collette Smith, age 86, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Jeff Smith, Dee Dee Tanner (Alan) and Mike Smith (Susan); grandchildren, Brent Smith (Jill), Braden Smith (Ashley), Ryne Thompson and Maggie Smith.
A visitation will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, followed by a graveside service at 1:00 PM.
