BROWN, Rachel Cook, age 83 passed away at her home in Goodlettsville on August 2, 2011. She is survived by daughter, Sherrie Thomas; two grandchildren, Shannon (Dr. Andrew) Thomas Cox and Natalie Thomas; two great-grandchildren, William Thomas Cox and Jackson Edward Cox. Rachel retired from Lifeway Christian Resources in 1991. Funeral service will be conducted by Pastor David Landrith of Long Hollow Baptist Church on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 11:00 am, with visitation Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Forest Lawn.
