Seth Edward Bowman

Seth Edward Bowman, age 35, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022. Seth was born Sunday, August 24, 1986 in Hickory, North Carolina. He was the son of Edward Bowman and Debra Benge Hollar.

Seth was a graduate of St. Stephens High School, he was a Boy Scout for many years, and earned his Eagle Scout Award. He was an avid hunter, and had a passion for helping to train dogs. Seth enjoyed running in marathons, music events, and working out at the gym. His contagious laughter and smile will be greatly missed by family and his many friends.

He is survived by his mother Debra Hollar and husband Ty of Hickory ; father Edward Bowman of Hickory; brothers Chris Clark and wife Kristen of Asheville, and Jamie Clark of Hickory; his Aunt Pam Matheson and husband David of Hickory; an uncle Ronnie McNeil of Hickory and Cousins Aaron Yount of Hickory and Courtney Yount of Charlotte.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm at St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod with Pastor David Ziehr and Vicar Peter Frank officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
