Preceded in death by parents Fred Kiss Phillips and Virginia Ann Holt; and sister Sherry Stephens.
Survived by husband Clarence (Wayne) Richards; daughter Heather Stauder (Matt), grandsons Briley Stauder (Victoria) and Jaren Stauder; great-grandchild Darcy Stauder; sister Connie Southerland (Herman); brother Terry Phillips; and step-father Charles Holt (Sonny).
Vicki was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11am with Bro. Roger Freeman officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 3-8pm and one hour prior to service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.
