Victor "Randy" Smith

Randy was born on September 26, 1942 in Nashville to the late Leatus Edwin and Christine Aita Smith.

Randy served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed playing golf, of which he played in all 50 states; he was a Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed squirrel hunting and taking care of his yard. He was a member of the Forrest Hill Irene Country Club and the Priest Lake Jaycees. He cherished the life that he was blessed with.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of forty-seven years, Linda Smith; sister, Patsy Grove.

He is survived by his daughter, Jill Jackson, and husband, Shane Jackson; son, Craig Smith and wife, Susan McClanahan; three grandchildren, Makenzie Jackson, Cameron Jackson, and Aaron Smith; beloved partner of twelve years, Jackie Ragland. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends for Randy will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
