William "Dell" Jackson Jr.

William Odell "Dell" Jackson, Jr., age 54 of White House, passed away on September 25, 2016. Dell was born in Nashville, TN on July 20, 1962 to the late Odell and Georgia Jackson. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather "Pa", uncle, and friend to many.

Everyone would agree that Dell lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; hunting, fishing, horseback riding, playing horseshoes, and hanging out in his building chatting with friends and family is what he loved best. He worked for Metro School Board for 25 years.

Dell is lovingly remembered by his wife Tina of 28 years; daughter, Amber Franklin (Richard); sister, Donna Beggin (Larry); Grandchildren, Bryndal & Ariya Franklin; nephews, Dustin Wright, Cody Lyng, & Justin Kinnard; niece, Katrina Tharp; as well as other relatives and friends, all of whom he loved dearly.

Memorial Services will begin on Saturday, October 8th, at 12:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, October 7th from 4pm-8pm and again on Saturday from 10am until time of service.

Active pallbearers are Dustin Wright, Cody Lyng, Greg Lyng, Doug Hughes, Josh Foster, Richard Franklin, Gary Tharp, & Paul Taylor. Honorary pallbearers are Larry Beggin, James Marion Johnson, Dave Davidson, David Foster, Keith Davidson, & Jeff Clemmons.
