William David Stevens Sr.

William David Stevens, Sr., - age 80, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012. Born Tuesday, May 26, 1931 in Clarksville, Tennessee to the late Thomas Samuel and Hettie Hogue Stevens; he is preceded in death by his wife, Lora J. Stevens; daughter Sandy Wilson and great-granddaughter Chelsea Nolan.

Retired after 20 plus years from the US Army and from Peterbilt with 30 plus years; he is survived by his daughters, Nancy (Michael) Lewis, Virginia (Tim) Robinson, Tina (Don) Higginbotham; sons, Tommy (Kim) Stevens, William (Shannon) Stevens, Jr.; sister Hazel Riggins; brothers James and Howard Stevens; 20 grandchildren Pam Proctor, James Lewis, Joey Lewis, Jonathan Lewis, Andy Sarracino, Eric Sarracino, Amanda Wilson, James Wilson, Tim Robinson, Jr., Amanda Gaumer, Tonya Robinson, Mary Matthews, Benny Moore, Jessica Stevens, Tommy Stevens, Sara Stevens, Alison Malavar, William Stevens, III, Katie Stevens, Kyle Stevens and 21 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will conducted at 2:00 Friday, March 16, 2012 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Sellers Crain officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
