Anthony Stewart Mason

Anthony “Tony” Mason, a dedicated and beloved member of his community, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Tony was born in Racine, Wisconsin, where he began his life’s journey. He graduated from TSTC in Waco, Texas, as a Nuclear Power Technician, a testament to his intelligence and commitment to excellence.

In 1984, Tony moved to Arizona, where he dedicated over 40 years of his life working at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station as a Senior Radiation Protection Technician. His expertise and diligence earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends.

He resided in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community for more than 30 years, becoming a cherished neighbor and friend to those around him. In his final days, he was surrounded by loved ones, including his Palo Verde family, a testament to the strong bonds he cultivated over a lifetime.

Tony was also a wonderful family man, known for his kindness, patience, and unwavering support. He took great pride in his role, embracing it fully and lovingly being there for his family.

Tony will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy of hard work, kindness, and dedication will forever be remembered.
