Ms. Donna Marie Ortiz, 36, of Buckeye, Arizona died November 14, 2021 in Gilbert, Arizona. She was born on April 12, 1985 to Donna Bunch in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Donna is survived by her daughters Anistasia Ortiz, DayLila Garcia, and Evangeline Garcia; son Osiris Garcia, mother Donna Bunch; brothers Adam Kelley, Steven Kelley, Michael Ortiz, Marcus Ortiz, and Matthew Ortiz. She was preceded in death by her sister Tabitha A. Kelley.
