Mr. Suniga is survived by his wife Aurora Cañez Suniga, daughters Dolores Suniga-Weigt, Gloria Suniga, son Jesse Ben Suniga Jr., sisters Irene Bellomy, Patsy Marquez, and Gina Suniga, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-granchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Leonard Hernandez.
Visitation will be 9:00am Thursday, February 24 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 320 N. 20th Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85009, with the Funeral Mass to begin at 10:00am. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 North 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ.
