Ms. Scott was born October 3, 1960 in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in Avondale, Arizona. She attended Avondale Elementary and Agua Fria Union High School. She was a home maker and was employed for seventeen years at Wincup.
Ms. Scott is survived by two sons, Charles and Everson Griffen; one grandson Braylon Griffen; fiancé Thomas Hooks; her mother, Irma Jean Allen; step-father Joe Johnson; and 4 sisters.
A Visitation will be held from 9:30am to 11:00am October 20th at First Southern Baptist Church, 1001 N. Central Ave. in Avondale. The service will be at 11:00am; Rev. James Brown Jr will officiate. Interment will follow at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery in Buckeye, Arizona.
Services are under the direction of Thompson Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, Arizona.
