Mr. Oliver was born May 19, 1917, in Boston. He moved to Arizona in 1998 and was retired. He served in the Army for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Veronica; one son, Lawerence; two daughters, Starlene and Cindy; one brother, Richard; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
No services will be held.
