Stephen was born in OK and moved to AZ . He was raised by his Grandmother and Aunt Peggy Callaway. After high school, he joined the Marines and served 8 years. He then met his wife, Kim Wilkins, and together they had two children: Taelyn and Chad. He credited his 3 grandchildren as the reason he got up every morning. He adored his wife and they were together for 42 years. He never met a stranger and always showed kindness to others. He was very proud of his son who also served in the marines. he loved his family, friends, the Marines, and the Dallas Cowboys. He was loved by his family and friends and he will be missed by many..
