Beatrice Earlene Stowe, age 84, of Clermont, Florida passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025. She was born in Rockport, ME on September 4, 1940. She attended schools in Rockport, ME where she excelled in basketball at 5ft and 1/2" tall she was a force to be reckoned with.
Anyone who met Bea experienced her unique sense of humor and could tell she had a passion for the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics and New England Patriots.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori-Jean Chick and Lisa (Mike) Albanese, and her son, Ronald D. Wadsworth, Jr.; her grandchildren (her greatest joys!) Jennifer Chick, Stephanie (Sean) Reynolds, Samantha (Tracy) Geer, Ashley Stowe, Brandon Scott, Megan (Coby) Olson, and Jacob Stowe; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Violet, Annabelle, Miles, Tatiana, Kaden, Kai, Mylo, Jayden, Madelyn, Parkes and Lilly; and her siblings, Gerald Thibodeau and Erla Rein. She was preceded in death by her son, Linwood C. Stowe, Jr. and her brother, Carl Dyer.
A graveside service for Beatrice will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734.
