Benjamin Witmer

Ben was raised in Millersburg, PA, on the Susquehanna River. He graduated high school Class of '68. After earning an Electrical Engineer degree from Syracuse University in 1972, he had a successful 33 year career at Lockheed Martin, working in Missiles and Fire Control.

Ben enjoyed a full life of bicycle racing, team billiards, sailing, rental property management, collecting sports cars, beaching, world travel for work and play, and his absolute favorite, golf.

He is survived by his wife, Marcy; his parents Jim and Bernice of Millersburg, PA; sister, Vicki (Michael) Stabel; brother (deceased) David's daughters, Tonya and Christina and their families; sister-in-law, Kathy Witmer, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, September 23rd, at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Gotha, FL at 1:00pm.

The family requests memorial donations in his name be made to: Give Kids the World Village, Kissimmee, FL.
