My Grandmother was Bea's best friend. My grandma is Joanne Snyder. I never had the pleasure to meet Bea, but I know that she was a sweet, loving woman. I  hope she is in heaven with her parents, her son, and grandchild. My family will miss her and her sweetness.

My heart is painful when I heard the sad news at the middle night in Beijing last Tuesday.  Be strong and my heart is with you. Bea was such a bright light on this earth.  She will be sorely missed, but it's reassuring to know she is up in heaven with my stepfather.  Beautiful, wonderful guardian angels looking down upon us.

Sean and Luana - I never met Bea, but I felt I knew her (and wanted to know her!) from the way you spoke so warmly of her. She meant so much to all of you, and you will grieve over her passing, but be comforted to know that she is no longer in pain or discomfort. She leaves a strong legacy of love. My thoughts are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Mahoney family. I lost my mother in 2000 and I still think about her every day so I empathize with the sorrow and loss you feel. But gratefully she is in a much better place than here and everyone can be thankful for that.

We are broken hearted that our sweet Aunt Bea is gone.  She fought so hard to stay with her family and we will miss her so much.  We will be by your side on Thursday.  She was so beautiful and she always had hugs for everyone.  I will always remember her with that great smile, that loving smile.  We were all so blessed to have our time with her.
