Carmen loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals and desserts for her family and friends. Family and friends loved gathering around the kitchen table to enjoy Carmen's desserts and her grandchildren loved listening to her stories about her many adventures. She also enjoyed traveling with her family, gardening, and most importantly loving on her grandchildren. She held many titles throughout the years, but her most treasured ones were mom and grandmom. Carmen blessed the lives of everyone who knew her. She loved well and unselfishly, and warmly welcomed everyone into her home. But most of all she loved God and shared her faith with all. She was a humble, faithful child of God, and she left a strong legacy of faith. Her children and grandchildren rise up and call her blessed.
